
Ingredients
Lamb's lettucce
2 Tbsp. canola oil
2 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar (or Bianco, but I prefer the raspberry one)
3/4 tsp. fig mustard
1 scallion
1 ripe Mango
salt and pepper, to taste
roasted sunflower seeds (optional)
1. wash the Lamb's lettucce
2. mix oil and vinegar in a salad bowl
3. cut the scallion, add to the bowl
4. add salt and pepper
5. cut the Mango, add to the bowl
6. add the Lamb's lettucce, mix everything well
