Seriously, I've rediscovered the joy of blending and apparently I'll throw everything I get my hands on in my blender =p
1 ripe banana
2 Tbsp. apple sauce
1/4 cup blueberry soy yogurt
1 Tbsp. whole grain oat flakes
1. put everything in a blender
2. mix and enjoy!
So last night I went grocery shopping and stocked up on fruit.
2 grapefruits, 4 pears, 4 apples, 3 bananas... that should be enough until the weekend ;)
