Lately I've been craving either Thai or Indian food like crazy. Yesterday I bought a delicious - but quite expensive - Yellow Thai Curry Sauce and made brussels sprouts and cauliflower with it.
So this sauce has to be used within 4 days after opening.
Do you think it would go well added to Split Pea Soup (never had Split Pea Soup to begin with so I wouldn't know...) with some additional cauliflower?
I think curry tastes good on everything so yeah I would say try it with the soup! You could always just take a small portion and test it out just to see =)
Oh my gosh, that curry is gorgeous! Your photography is the best. I love how you've added Brussels sprouts...That's definitely something you won't find at a Thai or Indian restaurant here, but Brusselies are the best!
The curried split pea soup idea might work... Who knows! But I always want to buy all the expensive Indian and curry sauces off the shelf!
